For more than 20 years, I’ve had the opportunity to lead, train, mentor, and work alongside people in organizations including Apple, Starbucks, and ADP. Across technology, retail, and client success, I’ve helped teams navigate change, strengthen customer relationships, improve the way they work, and turn complex ideas into practical next steps.
My experience includes facilitating learning for new hires and experienced leaders, supporting development across teams and markets, mentoring colleagues, building client resources, and creating tools and processes that help people communicate more clearly and move forward with confidence.
What connects all of that work is a belief that people do their best when they feel seen, understand why their contribution matters, and have support to grow. That is the perspective I bring to every speaking engagement, training experience, and coaching conversation—and I’m excited to bring it to the work we can create together.
